Recruiting Edge© Relocating Partner Career Transition Services are offered by Southwest Florida firms to assist the partner of a relocating recruit to find viable, local re-employment.  This service adds value to a company’s ability to attract key talent from outside the area, and is included as a sign-on bonus offered to the key hire.  Similar to standard career transition services described below, these are designed to meet the needs of partners who have voluntarily left positions to seek re-employment in a new market.  Southwest Florida market awareness and orientation are included.

Guiding the Exit Process© Manager Training provides managers with the knowledge and process to conduct sensitive, consistent, and effective employment terminations.  Through effective handling of terminations, the company can set a standard of professionalism and minimize impact on the organization.  RII provides training to clarify company expectations, policies, and processes.  Areas covered in training are:
