DANIEL FARRAR is the President of Resource Innovations and has over 30 years of progressively
increasing responsibility in technology and business. Dan's most
recent experiences include helping small and large businesses plan, implement and manage their workforce strategies,
including mergers and acquisitions and workforce consolidations. This
includes working closely with organization leadership to effectively put in place business and workforce strategies and
high-performing teams
that are cost-effective and provide a higher than average return on investment.
Dan has audited numerous businesses HR policies and practices to ensure compliance
with jurisdictional law as well as to raise awareness of shortcomings and approaches to closing gaps. Dan also provides
HR compliance training and consulting services and outplacement counseling to senior level staff that have been downsized.
His experiences, which blend human resources practices, people, and leadership expertise, enable him to bring
world-class solutions and strategies to organizations seeking to improve their own operations and business results.

CHARLOTTE MACK KING brings over 35 years of HR expertise to her clients throughout the United States. Almost 20 years exclusively with RI, Charlotte has a successful, proven track record of building confidential, trusting relationships that support the decisions of the presidents and business owners we serve. Her ability to quickly understand the HR issues, sensitivities, and desired outcomes coupled with her problem-solving acumen results in return clients year after year. Charlotte brings expert knowledge and skill and an innate ability to apply practical solutions to match each employer's desired outcome. Charlotte is a highly sought-after consultant, not only because of her skill in handling tough HR issues, but because she also brings diverse expertise to our clients in management coaching, recruitment, career transition, and strategic planning.
Due to Charlotte's reputation as the "go-to-professional in HR" she is often requested to author articles on timely HR topics for newspapers and business periodicals. Charlotte holds an MBA in Human Resources, is a Nationally Certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and member for over 20 years. Charlotte is the past recipient of the prestigious HR Florida Award of Professional Excellence in Human Resources and the HRMA Award of Professional Excellence.

CHERYL LYNN DRATLER brings a rich background in career counseling, business consultation, and education to Resource Innovations. This includes award-winning program development and instruction, career assessment, counseling and coaching, and project management. As a certified Master Career Counselor (MCC), she provides assistance in management coaching, career transition, training, HR processes, and career development services.
Cheryl Lynn's work reflects an awareness of current trends and issues in the workplace. She is an active member of the Human Resource Management Associations and the National Employment Counseling Association. Cheryl Lynn is a Nationally Certified Career Counselor, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, and a Certified (Vocational) Rehabilitation Counselor. She holds an MA in Counseling with emphasis in Career Assessment and Adult Career Development.

JANE RAWSON's career encompasses over 18 years within the Human Resources services industry, specifically in the sale, implementation, and delivery of outsourced HR functions with global and national firms. She has worked extensively with large and small employers to achieve key HR objectives when procuring employee-related products or services including outplacement, staffing and full service Human Resources delivery. Jane is a Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) National Member and a Certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR). Jane's business management background coupled with her HR expertise allows RI clients to achieve bottom line contribution through effective employee-related practices.
