Serve as a confidential advisor to the employer to answer questions related to the operations, decision-making, and application of human resource policies, procedures and practices
Develop and implement Human Resource Department start-up - Policies, Procedures, Forms, Internal Processing.
Review human resource policies or practices and suggest new or revised methods for completing work; work on-site to coach and train existing staff managing day-to-day human resources processes.
Support recruitment (may include): advertisement development, job description creation, telephone pre-screening, employment and/or personal reference and other job-related checks, and one-on-one candidate interviews.
Serve as facilitator in troubleshooting and mediation regarding human resource management and staff relations.

· Serve as a confidential advisor to your company to generate ideas regarding human resources development, leadership, and facilitate problem resolution of employee issues.
