 Charlotte Mack King, MBA, SPHR

 Charlotte King brings over 30 years of human resource expertise to her clients throughout the United States . She has been the managing principal of RESOURCE INNOVATIONS INCORPORATED since 1991, and she has earned a highly valued professional reputation in management coaching, recruitment, career transition, training, employee retention, human resource operations and programs, career development services, and in serving as a confidential advisor to her clients. As an enthusiastic, energetic and dedicated human resources professional who projects great warmth and competence, Charlotte has a proven work history with both large and small, public and private organizations.

In 1995, Charlotte published Successful Management Skills©, a series of training programs, created especially for executives, managers, and front-line supervisors. In 1996, she created CHOICES... Exploring Career Options in Today's Work Place© in which she assists individuals and corporations, in the midst of change, with positive and productive movement forward. Additionally, in 1997 Charlotte authored Guiding the Exit Process…Termination Coaching for Managers©.

Charlotte is an active member in the community serving on various boards and committees. She has successfully served as Vice President of Membership, President, and Director in various professional human resource association chapters within the State of Florida . You will often see Charlotte quoted as a professional resource for local newspapers and business magazines. She has provided human resource training for Edison Community College , and participated as a guest lecturer for Florida Gulf Coast University .  

Charlotte received her Master of Business Administration in Human Resources from Saint Regis University , and is the recipient of the HR Florida Award of Professional Excellence in Human Resources and the Human Resource Award of Professional Excellence from the Human Resource Management Association of Southwest Florida.  Charlotte has been a member of the National Society for Human Resource Management for almost two decades and is a nationally certified Senior Professional in Human Resources.  Her commitment to the profession of human resources, combined with her extensive generalist experience in diverse industries, serves as a solid foundation to meet the customized needs of her clients.  

 

 

Cheryl Lynn Dratler, MA, MCC

Certified Master Career Counselor

Biographical Sketch  

Cheryl Lynn Dratler brings a rich background in career counseling, business consultation, and education to RESOURCE INNOVATIONS INCORPORATED, including award winning program development and instruction; career assessment, counseling and coaching; and project management.  As a certified Master Career Counselor, she provides assistance in management coaching, career transition, training, human resources processes, and career development services.  

Ms. Dratler has served as a consultant to the Professional Placement Network for unemployed professionals/Florida Department of Labor. She has also provided entrepreneurship counseling for the Small Business Development Center and has contracted services with Edison Community College , International University and the Executive MBA program at Florida Gulf Coast University .

 Cheryl Lynn’s articles and interviews on career management appear frequently in local publications and she presents a variety of workshops for businesses and colleges.  Her work reflects an awareness of current trends and issues in the workplace.  Her upbeat and practical perspectives help individuals achieve their career development goals.  She is an active member of the Human Resource Management Associations covering Lee, Collier and Charlotte counties, the National Employment Counseling Association, and the National Association of Job Search Trainers.  Additionally, she has been a member of the American Society for Training and Development.  

Prior to joining RESOURCE INNOVATIONS INCORPORATED, Cheryl Lynn maintained a private practice in Cape Coral for over four years. As a National Certified Career Counselor, Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Certified (Vocational) Rehabilitation Counselor, she provided both career counseling and psychotherapy.  She holds a Master’s Degree in counseling from the University of South Florida , with emphasis in career assessment and adult career development. 

 

 


Judith S. Taber, MBA

Senior Consultant

   

 Biographical Sketch

Judith S. Taber brings over twenty years of experience to the clients of RESOURCE INNOVATIONS INCORPORATED.  As a certified career consultant for over ten years, she provides individuals with the skills necessary to successfully access their careers and guides them forward to achieve their goals.  

Taber earned a business degree from Russell Sage College, Troy, New York, and an   MBA from the University of Houston, completing additional post-graduate work at the State University of New York at Albany and The College of Saint Rose.  She presently acts as a member of the Advisory Board of International College, Division of Business Administration.  Taber is a former member of the Southern Methodist University Human Resources Roundtable.  

Judith previously held the position of Senior Vice President and Regional Director of Human Resources for FirstCity Bancorporation of Texas.  Her experience also includes twelve years with Johnson & Johnson.  

Judith S. Taber is listed in Who’s Who of American Women and Notable Women of Texas, and attends a variety of events in the Lee and Collier communities on behalf of RESOURCE INNOVATIONS INCORPORATED.

 

 

Carol J. Nordland

Client Relations Coordinator

 Biographical Sketch  

Carol brings 16 years of administrative and small business experience to RII.  Throughout her career, Carol has held professionally responsible positions in various aspects of client support and services.  Carol’s multi-industry experiences assure our clients that they will receive positive, prompt, and courteous attention to meet their goals.

Along with Carol’s business experience, her commitment to her community through volunteer services from fundraising to Board Chair clearly adds value to her role as an “ambassador” for RII. 

For the last several years, Carol’s role with RII has expanded to include CEO support, client service, recruitment assistance, employee record organization, HR research, and a myriad of small business administrative functions.

Carol received her Associates in Executive Secretarial Degree from Jamestown Business College . 

 

 

Lori A. Burke

Certified Senior Professional in Human Resources

 Biographical Sketch

 Lori Burke brings a strong human resources background and generalist expertise in to her role with Resource Innovations Incorporated.  Her experience spans over 18 years working with various industries and sizes of businesses.  Lori’s proficiency includes human resources start-up, management and staff training, safety practices and procedures, job description design, employee handbook creation, employee relations trouble-shooting, and supervisory coaching.

 Lori holds a Bachelor degree in Business Administration, and is National Certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) through the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).  Additionally, Lori has served on the Board of Directors and been an active member with HR Collier for over 15 years – the local Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) affiliate chapter. 

 Lori has extensive experience in both the private and public sector and facilitates human resource workshops at Florida Gulf Coast University ’s Institute of Government .  Lori has been a featured speaker at seminars and workshops for the Small Business Development Center (SBDC), Rotary Clubs, American Association of University Women (AAUW) and similar business and civic organizations.
