TARGETED CAREER PROGRESSION

This service is provided to develop select employees to make a greater contribution and potentially fill successive roles in the organization. One-on-one and small group formats may be used to address the following:

• Assess strengths and weaknesses
• Formulate career development goals aligned with company needs
• Design career development plans and timelines
• Reduce obstacles
• Provide coaching or mentoring
• Deliver Skill Enhancement Training

This service is offered by employers to assist the partner of a relocating recruit to find viable, local re-employment. It adds value to a company's ability to attract key talent from outside the area and is included as a sign-on bonus offered to the key hire.

Similar to standard career services, these are designed to meet the needs of partners who have voluntarily left positions to seek re-employment in a new market.
